Following the Asian Anchor Block, European Anchor Block, European Soil Improvement Works and Berth Construction for Asian and European Sides, which were previously completed within the scope of the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge Project, the contract for the Bored Pile Works for Temporary Pier on the European Side was signed with DLSY JV in February 2021.
Within the scope of the project, there are 10 bored piles with a length of 62.50 m and a diameter of 1200 mm. After the working platform is prepared in the project area, the construction will commence. Bored pile work is planned to be completed by the end of March 2021.
