In 1973, the construction of the Forest Industry Complex was started by “Ilim Group” in Siberia Region, Ust-Ilimsk (Irkutski Oblast) City, by the decision of Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union. Ilim Group supplies the 75% of the annual cellulose requirement of the Russian Federation and is ranked in the top 10 largest paper mills in the world. The construction of the Additional Cardboard Factory has been started in Ust Ilmsk City by the main contractor, Esta Construction. Within the scope of the project, there are 19.000 m of Φ62 cm, Φ88 cm and Φ100 cm bored pile installations. The installations were started on 20.07.2019.
