The contract was singed a with Ant Yapı on November 29, 2021, which covers the diaphragm wall and anchor works for the safe excavation of the multifunctional building project named Ostrov in Khoroshevo – Mnevniki, Moscow, Russia.
Within the content of the Ostov-6 Project, the diaphragm wall with depths ranging from 12 to 15 m was designed by the main contractor in order to conduct a safe excavation. Instead of the steel pipe supports designed by the main contractor, Kasktaş designed temporary ground anchors due to time and cost savings. The diaphragm wall works commenced at the end of December, 2021. A total of 25% of the diaphragm wall works were completed as of February 2022, and the remaining works are planned to be completed by the end of April 2022 according to the work schedule.
