The contract was signed with Umm Al Qura for Development &amp; Construction on December 20, 2020 for the shoring works of 8 parcels. Within the contract, there are Bored Pile, Berliner Wall, Anchor, Tie-Back Anchor, Soil Nail and Shotcrete works.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Within the scope of the Package A Shoring Works, all the shoring systems of plots 1BS-04, 1BN-04 and 1BN-03 (the longest plot in the project with a length of 120 meters) have been completed and handed over to construction contractor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The piling works have been completed in 1BN-02. 2 rows of anchor have been executed, and the last anchor row is in progress. By the completion of 1BN-02 plot by the end of February 2022, the total of the Package A has been accomplished and handed over to the construction contractor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, within the Package B project, 80% of shoring piles have been completed in plots 3SS-14 and 3SS-01, which are adjacent to Haramain Metro Station and the most complicated and important plots of the project, and where there is a pedestrian crossing that connects the project directly to the underground when completed.
