Within the scope of the D1 Residence Project, located in the Dmitrovka Region, Moscow, 248 no. of Dia.: 1200 mm and 38 to 42 m long foundation piles have been designed. Following the installation of 20 no. of test piles at four different test areas, preliminary load tests up to 2,600 tons have been performed. Depending on the results of these preliminary tests, the pile design has been verified and the installation of foundation piles has been started on November 5, 2018. Since the shoring system of the project consisting of a diaphragm wall, supported with steel struts, the execution of bored piles is performed from the existing platform.
