The hospital will span a construction area of 325,000 m² with a building footprint of 45,000 m², making it the largest healthcare complex in eastern Saudi Arabia upon completion. With a capacity of 400 beds, a parking facility for 2,000 vehicles, and three underground parking levels, the hospital will provide modern healthcare services designed to maximize comfort for both patients and staff.
In addition to its size, the project stands out for its commitment to sustainability. The hospital’s design has been planned to support environmentally friendly practices, focusing on energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. In line with international standards, the project is being built to achieve LEED Gold certification, one of the most prestigious certifications for environmentally responsible buildings. The hospital will significantly enhance the region’s healthcare capacity and meet the area’s needs with its state-of-the-art infrastructure.
