Neom is one the largest projects in the world which has been planned to incorporate smart city technologies and to function as a tourist destination in Saudi Arabia. Within the content of the Neom Mountain Road Project which will become a service road for the mega “Running Tunnel Project”, Micro Piles have been designed as a system to stabilize the Geofoam blocks which are going to be installed instead of the soil backfilling to protect the existing dam which is crossing the road.
Within the scope of the project, pull-out tests were conducted. Following the tests, the micro pile works were executed.
