The construction works at the Çekmeköy – Sancaktepe – Sultanbeyli Metro Line, which is being built as an extension of the Üsküdar – Ümraniye – Çekmeköy Metro Project, have gained momentum in 2021. The contract for the S21B Switch Structure Diaphragm Wall Works within the scope of the CCS Metro Project has been signed with Doğuş – Yapı Merkezi – Özaltın Joint Venture. Following the completion of diaphragm wall works, shoring excavation has been successfully carried out. With a total excavation depth of 32 m, it is one of the deepest shoring system excavations performed in metro project in Türkiye. With this project, it is aimed to provide a much faster public transportation to Istanbul.
