Within the scope of Stage 3 and 5 construction works of Sadoviy Kvartal Multifunctional Residence with Underground Car Park Project located in Hamovniki Region, which is one of the most prestigious district of Moscow, there are diaphragm wall and jet grout works. The investor of the project is Inteco Company whereas the main contractor is Boes Construction. For the shoring support system; where the maximum depth of excavation is 8 m; 3,000 m³ of diaphragm wall having a thickness of 60 cm with a depth of 8 to 16 m has been constructed. Furthermore, 57 no. of jet grouting has been carried out at the intersection zone between existing diaphragm walls of Stage 2 and diaphragm walls of stage 3 and 5 in order to ensure water tightness.
