
The Rize İyidere Logistics Port Project, one of the most strategic infrastructure investments on Türkiye’s Black Sea coast, is set to become a key logistics hub that will strengthen not only regional but also national logistics capacity upon completion.
The project will play a critical role in enhancing the trade potential of the Eastern Black Sea region by accelerating export processes, optimizing logistics costs, and improving integration with international trade networks. In addition, it is expected to contribute significantly to regional development through the employment opportunities it will create and its positive impact on the industrial and commercial ecosystem.
As KASKTAŞ, our diaphragm wall and ground improvement works are progressing steadily in line with the project objectives and planned schedule.
As of March 2026:
- 35% of the diaphragm wall construction works, with depths ranging from 26 to 37 meters, have been completed.
• 95% of the barrette pile construction works, with lengths ranging from 14 to 37 meters, have been completed.
• 95% of the ground improvement works carried out through jet grouting and DTH drilling have been successfully completed.
As of the end of March, the overall project progress has reached 78%, and all works are continuing successfully in accordance with the target schedule.
