Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Project Shoring and Foundation Works is an ESTA Gayrimenkul investment and the contract has been signed with Yapı Merkezi. Within the scope of the project; there are 21,600 m2 of Diaphragm Wall; 6,000 m of Pre-stressed Anchor; 10,000 m of Top-Down Pile with Ø 85-120 cm diameters; 11,000 m of Foundation Pile with Ø 100 cm diameter; 900 m of Shoring Pile with Ø 85-100 cm diameters; 5,000 m of Secant Pile with Ø 100 cm diameter; 900 m of Mini Pile and 10,000 m of Jet Grout with Ø 100 cm diameter works. In addition, excavation safety is monitored with instrumental observation techniques. By the time of October 2018, construction works have been completed by 91%.
