For the excavation of foundation excavation pit for the Four Seasons Bosphorus Hotel, located very close to Istanbul Bosphorus, an anchored piled wall shoring system was implemented with a depth of 18 m. In order to provide impermeability of shoring system along the seaside and in order to improve the subsoil under the foundation, jet grout columns with a total length of 32,000 m and a diameter of 60-80 cm diameter were installed.
